Training interventions are designed so that the participants are fully engaged throughout
the programme so as to maximise their understanding. In planning the training session, PBS will fully
research the needs of your organisation and develop the programme accordingly.
The trainer will use a variety of training methods including group discussions, role-plays, videos
and case studies. Participants will be asked to draw on their own experiences and to reflect on
these experiences so that the training is always very relevant to their own work. Training can be
delivered on a group or one-to-one basis.
