Mary Ann McDonagh, BBS, FCIPD is co-director and founding member of Payback Solutions Ltd. Mary Ann has over 10 years experience in industry. Having held a number of Senior HR Management positions within large multinational organisations, her areas of expertise include health and safety, organizational development and design, training and development, recruitment and selection, industrial relations, HR policy development, compensation and benefits and employee relations.

Paul McGowan, BA, ACMA is co-director and founding member of Payback Solutions Ltd. Paul has 12 years experience in industry, fast tracking through the Financial Arena to the position of CFO and then on to General Manager of a large multinational. His exposure ranges from established mature organisations to start-ups, from working at Head Office of a major multinational to leading positions at country level and from direct organisational responsibility to trouble shooting, training, mentorship and interim management in support of other group companies where necessary.
